ERIK AND EM'S SWEET DELIGHTS

We started out making our caramelized walnuts for family dinners. During the holidays we invite all our friends over to share food and stories. Our caramelized walnuts are used on cheese boards and in our gorgonzola mixed green salad. After being told you need to sell these at every dinner party or gathering, we decided to go into business and bring our recipe to the general public.  We use organic sugar and family farmed walnuts which classifies our product as Vegan. Our sugar is not filtered through animal bone shard.  Our walnuts are a great energy snack or sprinkled on top off your favorite salad or dessert.
